Christmas Tree Minnie Mouse Ornaments

Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving! Now on
to Christmas! I love it..it just goes by way too fast.

We just got our Christmas tree today. My family
and I love the tradition of all of us going to pick it
out. We usually have santa hats on and everything.

We have 2 trees....one that is a 7 1/2 foot green
artificial  one in the family room and the live
beautiful smelling one in the living room (plus
a few around the house which are smaller.) When
I was a child all 5 of us kids had a small tree in our room.
That was so much fun!

We also love the tradition of getting a new ornament
for our family room tree each year, This year we are
making our own Minnie/Mickey Mouse acrylic ornament
as our new one. If you would like to see others like this

Christmas Morning Casserole

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!! Hope you are
having a wonderful time with family & friends.

Christmas morning is always special & so I
thought I'd give you a Christmas Breakfast
casserole you can make the night before.

Recipe

1 (12oz.) pkg. sausage
3 cartons fat-free egg product or 6 eggs
1/2 sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. minced onion
3 cups cubed french bread
4 oz. (1 cup) shredded sharp cheddar or mixed cheese
paprika (optional) just sprinkle on top

Directions
1) Spray 13"x 9" pan with Pam. Cook sausage til pink is
gone & drain well..set aside.

2) In large bowl combine egg product, sour cream, dry
mustard & onion; blend well. Stir in bread cubes, cheese,
& sausage. Pour into sprayed dish; sprinkle w/ paprika.
Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 4 hrs. or
overnight.

3) Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Uncover dish; bake 40-50
minutes or until center is slightly puffed & knife inserted
comes out clean.

The above photo shows it after it has come out
of the oven & cut....It needed something...so you
can keep it as is with the recipe above or you
can do what I tried...

The photo below shows what I added...hash browns
on top with some shredded mixed (4 Mexican) cheeses

I think it tasted better....Your choice...Have a great
Christmas Breakfast & rest of the day!!!

Another "Sneak Peek" of Santa's Gift Shoppe (STACKERS w/Vinyl Lettering)

Here is another "Sneak Peek" at some of the
items you'll see at this years "Santa's Gift Shoppe
Boutique" (Fri. Dec. 4th 10-7pm & Sat. Dec. 5th
10-4pm)

The above item is called a "STACKER" (you
can put whatever phrase or words of vinyl
lettering that will fit on it)

This particular one is painted "Italian Sage" and
was a gift for a darling young couple in my church who
just had their first child (a baby boy a few weeks ago)
I took dinner into them last night (Chicken Tetricini)
I'll give you guys the recipe in one of the next
posts...it's delicious...(got it from a wonderful friend)
and got to see him... he is sooo cute....and he sleeps a
lot, too...his mom said

These "STACKERS" are a GREAT way to put
important stats and memorable moments
on home decor items for all to share in....
sharing some Family History, if you will....
(another love of mine)

These "STACKERS" are more in keeping with the
Holiday Season & have cute sayings that are
"whimsical"...but isn't that just like the
holiday season..a bit magical...wondrous...

This "STACKER" (above) is one of my Favorites....
I love the sentiment as well as envisioning the
sacred event.....Also the ribbon is a really pretty
silver & complements the black...

This "STACKER" (above) is very contemporary...

I really like the saying on this one a lot as well... The

color on the wood is "Butter Pecan" w/ Black

Satin Ribbon..It could go pretty much anywhere

Last of all....This is another take on the "Holiday

Season"...It's just the colors are reversed red/
