    Love your recipe for Abelskivers.

    Growing up in western Iowa all the local churches would have ableskiver suppers.

    My favorite was to put jelly or sugar in them. When I went to college in Iowa City, eastern Iowa, no one had heard of ableskivers.

    I've introduced them to a lot of my friends. They are a little tricky to make, but once you get the hang of it they're a breeze.

    lovely list, I have an ableskiver pan but still haven't made any!! everything looks fabulous on the list.

    Thanks for the comment on my blog! I bought the light box, for taking photos, from Kits Camera. Ritz camera is the same company. It was $30 on the after Thanksgiving sale. I think it's around $50, normally. So far, I love it! It's fun to play around with and gives a whole different look to my photos. I really wanted some good lighting, which it comes with. It has been so dark that it's hard to take a good photo. Hope that helps!
